BangorHousing on behalf of the Boys & Girls Club of Bangor is seeking a fun, creative, energetic, organized, reliable, self-motivated, responsible, nurturing and compassionate person who likes to work with elementary school students. Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Youth Development Professional has the responsibility of creating, maintaining, and organizing daily activities in the following program areas: Education Room, Kid's Cafe, Gym & Outdoor Play. This position has after school hours. 15 - 20 hours per week.
Requirements: 18 years of age and have valid identification. Work experience with a Boys & Girls Club or other youth serving organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude. Hard working and dedicated professional team player who is honest, loyal, decisive and credible as well as passionate about kids and helping others.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
